Realty USA Southwest, Inc.

THE BUYING PROCESS

RULE #1   Don't Let the Buying Process Scare You

RULE #2   You need Representation.  That's where my team comes in.

RULE #3   Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions.

Follow these steps with Marty, your licensed real estate professional:

    •     Let's map out the game plan.

    •     Discuss communication and the follow up systems we will be using.  It will save time and frustration.

    •     See a Lender to get your financing in place.  If  you need some suggestions, I will be happy to make some recommendations.

    •     Review all the documentation required for the transaction.  There are lots of forms and they can vary with each property.

    •     LET'S FIND THE PROPERTY THAT MEETS YOUR NEEDS.

    •     We will go over the details so we can best negotiate the transaction, including all contingencies and conditions.

    •     Use the inspection period to investigate any issues of concern.  Always get a professional inspection. Doing so could be the best thing you can do in making a home purchase.

    •     Investigate disclosure issues (SPDS, termite, lead based paint, pool rules, etc.)

    •     When concerns arise during the inspection, we can Negotiate repairs.

    •     Together, we can arrange for and have repairs completed

    •     It is essential to get an appraisal during the inspection period.  Appraisal rules have changed.

    •     We stay in touch with your Escrow Company to arrange the closing.

    •     When is it time to line up the funds for the closing - from your bank and/or lender?

    •     When is it time to arrange your electricity, phone, water, mail service and insurance?

    •     Close. Record. Move in!

The importance of communication is critical - this is a group effort.
A team of experts is needed to get the job done.
Together we can co-ordinate all the details.
Remember, we are in this together!
